Danish jewellery brand PANDORA created an engaging multi-sensory retail store to launch their new collection PANDORA Shine.

Taking design cues from PANDORA’S new geometric honeycomb charm, the 5 metre tall hive structure provided a fully interactive experience, captivating each visitor’s sense of touch, sight, scent, taste and sound. “The hive” featured ‘Humming Hubs’ that incorporate scent and sound, LED light panels that mimic the movement of bees and the Pandora product housed in the scent-infused stigmas of gold-plated flowers to create a genuine multi-sensory experience. Gold flowers throughout the store emitted the scent of meadows and honey as customers discover the products.

The customer has been put at the heart of the experience, engaging all senses for this dramatic launch of the new product line by PANDORA. Not only only was the design captivating, but there’s a story about the bee and the hive that plays out through the customer journey.
